In printing, the term "margin" means that the ink coverage stops at a certain distance from the end of the paper. We advise customers to have a 3mm* margin to avoid any text or images being cropped off during the guillotining process.
*Margin varies from product to product.
In printing, the term "bleed" means that the ink coverage extends all the way to the end of the paper. We advise customers to have a 3mm* bleed to avoid the risk of the artwork having a white line/border or a gap between the edge and the element during the guillotining process.
*Bleed varies from product to product.
